The role of the Digital Imaging Technician (DIT) is crucial in film, television, commercial, and fashion show production
The DIT is responsible for managing digital data on set, ensuring the quality and security of the captured footage, while also providing key technical solutions. Here are some of the DIT's essential functions:

Color GradingAdjusting and correcting colors in real-time to ensure optimal quality and visual consistency.

Data SecuritySafely backing up the dailies (filmed sequences) to prevent any data loss. We systematically store a third copy of the footage for 1 to 2 months, or longer if needed, to ensure full protection of the rushes.

Technical SupportAssisting cinematographers and production teams by providing technical solutions tailored to the needs of the shoot. We always have a trick up our sleeve to meet any unexpected requests that may arise during the production process.
